This charming 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo offers the perfect combination of beautiful and convenient. Right off C-470 for easy access to the mountains and southwest of downtown Denver with spectacular mountain views! Minutes from several trails, about 20 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater, 10 minutes to downtown Littleton, 25 minutes from downtown Denver, and about an hour and a half to Keystone Resort and Breckenridge.

Perfect for business travelers, remote nomadic tech workers, and traveling healthcare workers! This is also a great location for concerts at Red Rocks or for trips to the mountains! Come “home” to a cozy space after a long day of skiing or hiking. You will have my entire two bedroom condo for the duration of your stay. The master bed is a king 12-inch memory foam mattress and the second bedroom is a full (double) 10-inch memory foam mattress. They are firm mattresses. Both bedrooms have smart TVs - streaming app capability but no cable/live TV. There is a dedicated workspace so you can bring work with you! Large sectional in the living room that can comfortably sleep one person (note that it does not turn into a sleeper sofa). The TV in the living room is a RokuTV with some local channels but no cable - stream apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime! There is in unit W/D. Cozy dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped - coffee, tea, spices, snacks, and some drinks. Makes home cooked meals simples! Please be aware of your allergies and sensitivities. Bathroom - shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels. There is an attached one car garage that has a private entrance to my condo, as well as an assigned off street parking spot. Both of these are for your use! Enjoy the balcony for your morning coffee or at night to watch the beautiful Colorado sunsets. Close to plenty of activities: - Less than a 10 minute drive to several biking and hiking trails - 25 minutes from downtown Denver - About 20 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheatre - An hour and a half to skiing/snowboarding

Please note that the condo is above the garages for my small building so some noise may occur! Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Confirm with host. Furniture is subject to change at any point in order to provide a more comfortable and aesthetic space. Guest must climb stairs to reach the living space of the condo. Please note that the living room overlooks the staircase and there is a railing with vertical iron posts. Our condo is pet friendly for up to two pets. Pets stay free, but please be mindful and clean up after your pet.

This is a quiet neighborhood so please be respectful of the neighbors! Quiet hours from 10pm until 9am. Check in is after 4pm; check out before 10am. Please let me know your planned departure time! HOUSE RULES * No parties or events. * Only registered/approved guests may stay overnight. * Please be respectful of neighbors - the condo does share walls. * Park in the assigned space out front or the one car garage that you may open and close from the inside. * No smoking inside of the property. * We are not responsible for any items left behind. * Ensure towels & linens remain on the property. There may be an additional charge for each towel, pillow, or linen that is missing. * Pets are welcome and stay for free, but please be mindful and clean up after your pet. Dogs must remain on leash at all times outside. * Please note that there is potential for noise since the condo is above the garages for my small building. * Guest must notify immediately of any issues upon check-in so the hosts may rectify the situation. LONG-TERM STAYS: Long-term stays are welcome! It is recommended that long-term guests obtain a PO Box to receive mail. You will be provided with a starter pack of items to get accommodated (a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, toiletries, etc). SURVEILLANCE: Please note that we have a ring doorbell that has a security camera / audio capability at the front door, as well as a camera inside the garage. These are monitored 24/7. There are absolutely no cameras inside the condo. This is for both your security and security of the property. FAMILIES: While we welcome families of all kinds and do provide a pack-n-play, please note that our condo is not child/baby-proof and we do have stairs/a bannister in the condo. We ask that all families actively watch their little ones for their safety if they are coming along on the trip! PETS: Up to two pets are allowed. Do not leave your pup unattended for long periods of time. If they must be left in the condo, they must be in a kennel (for no longer than 4 hours.) I can provide recommendations for pet sitting or doggy daycares if needed! Please clean up after your pet and and do not allow them on furniture. Additional cleaning fee of $200 may apply if guest does not pick up after their pet or allows pet on furniture due to the deep cleaning required. Fee may also apply for damage done to the property. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: $500 fee for guests who throw a party, cause a disturbance, or disrespect the house rules. The condo is professionally cleaned in between guests and the cleaning crew will report abuse of property. TAMPERING OF DEVICES: Tampering with any security devices, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, cameras, internet routers, or other like devices will result in a $500 fee and immediate forfeiture of your reservation without refund. The smart lock, surveillance devices disclosed, and TV require WiFi to operate. In the event that the router is disconnected/tampered with and guest is unable to re-enter the premises via the smart lock, an additional $100 fee will be applied for a property manager to give access to the unit. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT: $50 to request early check-in or late check-out. Check-out is promptly at 10am. $100 charge for late check-out without prior notice. If the guest is more than two (2) hours past check-out time (10am), then the guest will be charged an additional $100 as base rate for the remaining day, but is still required to vacate immediately. If the guest stays for any un-booked/reserved nights, there will be a $250 per night charge. NOISE: Please note that this is a condo complex and the condo is above the garages for my small building so some noise may occur! SMOKING: Absolutely NO smoking of tobacco inside the premises, on. If you must smoke, do so outside and AWAY from the building. Any evidence of tobacco smoking will result in a $250 fee. CLEANING: Condo is professionally cleaned in between guests. Guests do not need to worry about cleaning up, but please be mindful. If you decide to remove trash, feel free to throw all trash in the community dumpsters. TOWELS & LINENS: Extra towels and washcloths are located in the closet next to the bathroom. Ensure towels & linens remain on the property. Please do NOT use washcloths to remove makeup. OUT OF HOST’S CONTROL: While we strive to provide a comfortable and seamless experience, we cannot be held responsibly for unanticipated outages, such as power or internet, that may occur during your stay. The same goes for applications such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. We are unable to provide refunds for items out of our control. We appreciate your understanding! SNOW REMOVAL/EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE: During snow, guests may see workers plowing or shoveling to clear walkways. To keep up with the appearance of the community and our condo, there may be workers mowing the lawn or performing maintenance in the exterior area of my condo. WEATHER: Weather in Denver/the Front Range can be unpredictable (especially in the winter and spring). We do not offer refunds for weather-related interruptions, but we do offer travel insurance to protect your trip upon booking. GARAGE: Feel free to use the one car garage to park your car. It is the one on the far right of the building. You can open and close it from inside of the garage. We do not provide a portable garage opener but you can request code access for the keypad. FOOD/DRINKS/COFFEE: Plenty of spices, snacks, drinks, and coffee provided. Please be sure to check expiration dates and be aware of your food sensitivities.

The condo is minutes from the foothills and several trails, 25 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheatre, 20 minutes from Chatfield State Park (with a HUGE off-leash dog area), 10 minutes to downtown Littleton, and 25 minutes from downtown Denver. I am a short drive to C-470 which makes traveling to the mountains or city easy. Lots of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores within 10 minutes from my condo. A lot of restaurants and places are dog friendly in the Denver metro area! Come enjoy this beautiful state.

We had a great stay here while transitioning to Littleton during an out-of-state move. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed as a family of 4 plus a cat and dog. I especially liked how the kitchen was fully stocked and even had salt, pepper, seasonings/spices, cleaning supplies, etc. There was even a long baby play yard gate in the closet, which we used to cordone off our old dog from going down the stairs. Carla was very responsive and helpful--much appreciated!

This was a great place to spend Thanksgiving. Even though it is a condo with many units around, we felt safe and did not have any problems with noise. It was nice to be able to bring our dog with us. They even have a crate already there. There is a space right outside the unit to take the dog outside. My son enjoyed the basketball goal in the courtyard as well. Thanks for a nice space where we could have a mountain getaway over thanksgiving. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and pans, dishes that we needed.

Very comfortable, beds a little firm but, very clean. Think it could use paint touch up to the faux brim and floor boards. Area rug needs cleaned and several flooring tiles could stand to be replaced throughout. Noted a lot of weeds in the patio space out front with several being Texas sand burs. We loved all the open space and natural light with beautiful views. Really appreciate how clean the place was with clean and quality linens. Loved the updated kitchen with all the new appliances. Loved the Kureg with provided coffee pods. Neighbor was quiet and so close to where our daughter lives 10 minutes away! We were able to bring our little yorkie along for the trip and loved the pet area that was literally steps away from our entry area. It was such a comfortable and convenient location. Thank you to our host Carla! When we come back to visit our daughter again, we will definitely stay again!

We had such a wonderful time in Carla’s condo, and the proximity to highways & most importantly Red Rocks Amphitheater were unbeatable! Gorgeous views of the foothills right from the couch, and being that we got in about midnight, having snacks left for us & coffee (+ creamer!) in the morning were more than appreciated! The condo was super clean, the bed comfortable & the shower powerful. Very clear instructions on which building and a quiet neighborhood. Hoping to visit again one day!

Enjoyed our stay at Carla’s place. The location is convenient to both Red Rocks and Fiddler’s Green which was great for our back-to-back nights of concerts. The place was cute with thoughtful touches and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and would stay again in the future!
